Sorry it's been a long time and I don't have the part numbers anymore. Your mechanic should be able to tell you what to change. And you Can go to the dealer and they give you the part numbers.

timing issue could cause a misfire. a misfire could cause a failed catalytic converter. so the answer is yes

@@DallasAutoDiag thank you for your response. I just had the catalytic converter replaced on the driver side bank one. I still have codes PO 300 and code P0307. Which are multiple misfire detected and misfire on cylinder seven. I am going to change all of the spark plugs, and I will be changing the ignition coil on cylinder seven. I am hoping that this will help. I will be doing the timing chain soon in order to prevent more of this. Have you heard about qx56 issue the metal bucket on the high-pressure fuel pump? Thank you

I have a problem in my Nissan Patrol 2012 same engine. Idling RPM is higher than normal with ups and downs and the exaust air is not smooth. I can feel it in by hand fluctuating. This happened after replacing valve cover gasket had to remove all ECU connections. I also replaced three ignition coil boots which were stuck and melted inside due to overheating issues before. I got no check engine but when I run OPDII check I found that air fuel mix value alternating between LEAN and RECH for both sensors. What can be the issue. I'm going to replace the spark plugs but I need to know if anything else needed to solve the issue.

@@MkB-1989 sounds like you may have a vaccum leak. Best way to find is do a smoke test to see where the leak is at. You can spray brake clean around it and if the idle changes you know you have a leak in that area. Be careful with the break clean when doing it.

@@jacobrutherford9132 Solved it finally. I wasn't suspecting air leak as much as ignition coils because the fluctuations is not continuous. I found one of igintion coil leaking from the joint between rubber boot and plastic cover. Tabed it temporary to check and it did solved it. I will try to get new coil boot because it's hard to find. Thanks for the assist.👍
