I love the rear windows, they're very big. Also the big doors, makes entering and exiting feel special.

i bought this car and i love it. the ride is not terrible as they kind of made it seem tho over rougher pavement u will get more road noise and harshness. i love the ipod integration and the Bluetooth hands free calling is better than in my moms Infiniti. like he said i have gotten ppl looking and asking me about my car as they cannot believe its a kia. i would recommend this car to someone who is looking for a small SUV.

It doesn't ride rough....it rides firm. Because the suspension has been set to firm for better cornering. I would've thought a car reviewer would have enough knowledge to know when a suspension has been set for a firm or a comfortable ride.....

@kenosisthunder there's virtually no blind spot here because it is so short. Actually one of the better vehicles in this class regarding blindspots.

UGh love it i wish they had it in 09 when we got our 2009 honda crv EXL the sunroof looks gorgus the ex looks really nice the lights make it look like a audi

@Ji99i3 im pretty sure that its ipod only , you might get lucky on a few cars and get a zune to work, i know ford,lincoln,mercury's with the ford microsoft sync with sync with a zune . otherwise you have to use the standard aux cord. or try to put a playlist of songs on a flash drive , that works in my friends pioneer stereo

I just got a 2011 KIA Sportage & its not a ruff ride for me, I love the little thing. I am 6'7" so the back seat has no leg room, I have my 3 year old in that spot.

@sdlausen it's rough versus this class. I've tested them all, Rogue, CR-V etc. Even the rougher ones like RAV4 and Outlander aren't this bad.

onw underated small suv is the ford escape. I recently upgraded from my 2008 rav4. The escape has a good v6 and some awesome options like sync and park assist. I gave no idea why no one talks about. It changed my mind.

@kenosisthunder yea i mean there has been one issue ive had with how high and narrow the windows is, its pretty minor tho. pulling up to an ATM is not the most comfortable. lol also if u have children the rear window is really high so they may feel claustrophobic. but other than that window wise its not bad.

@Carscom That's because Kia hired experts from Lotus to retune their lineup's ride & handling. And the geniuses from Lotus will gladly trade 0.5mph in skid pad with a 10% stiffer suspension.

@kenosisthunder Yea mine was an EX but with no options and it was $25k USD so not terrible but u get more than any of the competitors and it doesnt look like a toaster. lol

I disagree, it's as smooth as the Micra I inherited from my was - if not smoother actually - and definitely right up there with the Captiva, Grand Vitara and CR-V.
