Our Mustang is an automatic 2011 3.7L V6 with 2.73 gears.
All dyno results are Dynojet SAE corrected with smoothing at 5 on our Dynojet 224xLC.

@V6MustangPerformance is your car a manual? This is an automatic. The manual will read about 2-5% higher. Also, are your numbers Dynojet SAE corrected?

@2010BlownGT Very nice! I was thinking 2010 V6. LOL Yeah I am planning on full exhaust and upping the boost maybe one pound, but without higher octane and or alcohol then yeah this is about the limit on the stock internals.

i have a 2013 mustang premium v6 with a performance package im wondering what numbers i would put out im adding a bama 93 performance tune airraid cai and i was wondering if its worth putting in a bbk throttle body is i dont port out my intake mani

ive seen people pour octane booster into their 11 3.7 v6. Will it actually sense that it boosted it to 100 octane and actually give you like 5 more horsepower? you know like how their is a horsepower difference between 87 and 93?

08turboSS Unless you yourself are a tuner just keep it to yourself. These people do this for a living. I'm sure they know what they are doing dude. And no you don't have to tune the car, but it is preferred to optimize the mod.

The 305/280 numbers are the hp and tq at the crank. These numbers are rwhp and rwtq which usually have 15%-20% drivetrain losses.

eidolonbreed lol. Any hp specs you view provided by the motor company is talking about hp made from the engine, not the wheels. Basically, that's hp not being used.

+eidolonbreed Yea as the previous people stated all cars are rated at the engine instead of the wheels, so all cars loose hp between the two. But the V6 is also limited to around a 114mph top speed. You can take that off with a tuner, but some people seem to have driveshaft issues around 130mph. I wasn't too happy about that

Hey BAMA boys, at least talk like you know what your doing. When talking tq, it's said as: lbs per foot, and or lb/ft , NOT ft/lbs guys. Get it right or don't say it at all. Also, anhone that has some god understanding of how a engine works and today's ECU's you will not get any real power from no tune required and should never do this as a no-tune required.its bad for the engine and yes you do need to tune the C&L if your even half intelligent

@Molest3dPanda Autos are not faster. Unless its paddle shift and generally only in high dollar cars. Automatics in most cars are and have been for decades, slower then their stick counterparts.... Autos are also for wussies. Real drivers drive sticks...
