I hate when the 2011 Championship becomes LeBron's failure instead of the Mavs' success. People just EXPECTED because it was Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant that they were gonna threepeat. We EXPECTED a Finals of Bryant, Gasol, and Fish vs LeBron, Wade, and Bosh. Kidd got the ring he should've gotten in Jersey.

Even though his stats were on par with his other prime years, you knew Kobe was clearly on the decline when you watched him play. Lost his quickness, got tired at the end of games, did the Kendrick Perkins stance on 3 point shots, and you just never got the feeling of inevitability that he'd take over a game and win it
