Very nice car to drive in. I had the same model for a day when I was an intern at my previous internship. Had to drive 500 km in a day to deliver a package, and felt great when I got out at the end of the day :) (Please note the speed limit is 100 km/h here, so 500 km is at least 5 hours of sitting)

Very beautiful interior, a predecessor, all have copied the interior lighting today, no one else in that class had that lighting in 2010.

Finally my car on your channel 😍 (besides that I have the hatchback version and the A14NEL (120HP)) 5:44 Yes, the M32 transmission needs some sense, sometimes its a bit notchy. But when you get used to it and how to accelerate and keep going the whole mass, its a very nice car. Especially with things like the great xenon headlights with LED-DRLs and heated steering wheel. I think thats quite premium for a non-premium car of 2009 (start of the generation).☺️

I have A14NET. I hope they improved the M32 gearbox after the facelift. We should pay attention to the oil changes to avoid repairs.

You say that but now everything is in a tablet hidden within a menu that has sub menu's and good look finding what you want on a bumpy road, buttons and knobs just work.

@@janrdoh I see your point. But there were enough cars during this time period that got it done fine, without touch screens, but a lot less buttons. Opel just decided to add a separate button for everything. Good luck finding the one you're looking for in the jungle of buttons. So, no buttons is not great, but too many buttons is also not great.

XD Zajebiście że zauważyłeś różnicę w oświetleniu na zajebiście ciemnej kamerze na której jazda wygląda tak jakby praktycznie nie było zewnętrznych świateł.

I had the spark 1.2 for 7 years. Only problem was that the pipe had a whole and the car overheated. It does not have a temp gauge. BIG problem.

Sam mam taką Jtkę z 1.4T z 2011 roku i chyba jedyne co jej bym mógł tak bardziej zarzucić to to, że silnik trochę za bardzo słychać w kabinie. Owszem, dźwięk jest fajny, agresywny i nie brzmi jak odkurzacz czyli taka typowa mała benzyna, ale jego wyciszenie mogłoby być trochę lepsze :)

W Cosmo było lepsze wyciszenie, np. wytłumienie na silniku (które było też dieslach). Jechałem Astrą active (golas jak essentia) z A14XER 100 KM - był cichutki.

Teraz jest słaby czas na zakup tego modelu, handlarzyny z otomoto już zwietrzyły interes i 2/3 jak nie 3/4 J na otomoto to szroty a nie auta zdatne do jazdy.

mówi się, że skrzynia biegów zastosowana w modelu z tym silnikiem jest nietrwała. Ja w swojej mam nakulane ponad 60 tys. przebiegu i działa dobrze. A do niczego innego się przyczepić nie mogę. No, może jedynie do tego, że nie ma aktualizacji map do mojego modelu NAVI, więc jest ona na ten moment bezużyteczna.

The only problem is for J model is the engine. We were about to buy one of these but its engine is not a reliable machine. Pistons, oil pumps and bobbins issue ended the Opel's apprehension.

@@youngdraco7822 in my region, customers wrote them in the internet. We also had H generation of Astra in the past. It was good to drive until 45,000 km on it. Bobbins (they told us, maybe the reality was different) had a problem during a trip. The car was not speeding up from 80 km/h. Then oxygen sensor was corrupted and it did not started up in about 75-80,000 km. We really liked that car because of its acceleration on highway, its comfort and handling (gripping ability on the road), but we just did not want to buy an Astra after those bad comments from real drivers.

@@youngdraco7822 yeah, it has a good safety standarts, too. If one can find a car which has no issue, probably they can get more than the maintenance costs in compared with other brands' hatches.

My wife had an Insignia with the same engine.. The hole transmission was done after only 80.000 km. It is a "known" problem on these models too.

Szkoda że nie wersja 180km posiadam 2013 rocznik i sobie chwalę full opcja osiągi naprawdę lepiej niż dobre do kompakta

@@Player_-lu5kh ciekawe jak prostujesz jak astra j z 1.6 turbo ma do setki 8.5 sekundy a o wiele większe i cięższe passerati b6 z 1.8 tsi ze 160 kucy ma 8,6 sekundy xddd ledwo gazu dodajesz to prawie nie jedziesz te silniki śpią do 3 tyś obrotów tsi wstaje dużo wcześniej i lepiej reaguje na gaz

@@pjoter5398 xDDDDDDD podaj discorda wyśle ci czasy po dragy, zrobił 3x pod rząd 7,7s do 100 przypominam stock Ścigałem się z TT 190KM w 3osoby, długość auta różnicy, podobnie z a4 bexem na pusto obaj i remis. Przy twoich 8,5 to powinienem ich widzieć przed sobą. Przy 4000 mam ponad 150KM to jakieś 500 szybciej niż 1,5TSI jednostka 2005 vs 2020 XD Patrząc po hamowni mam od 4800 do 6300 pełną moc. Powodzenia z takim wynikiem w tsi, lepszej reakcji na gaz nawet nie komentuje xD

@@Player_-lu5kh Chłopczyku co ty opowiadasz? Z audi tt się ścigałeś? Ale wiesz że żeby się ścigać to oba auta muszą wiedzieć że się ścigają XD masz na myśli pierwszą tt-tkę czy drugą? Pierwsza jest mała druga jest cała z amelinium więc ma mniejszą masę nawet od jedynki. Nie chcę od ciebie żadnego discorda bo już widzę że te czasy to z górki kręciłeś i na pustym baku o ile w ogóle nie zmyślasz. Co do lepszej reakcji na gaz to jednak skomentowałeś. Dwie literki na końcu temu dowodzą i to jak tsi się zbiera z dołu jest poza zasięgiem twojego gtc. Raz że tsi ma wtrysk bezpośredni, lepiej rozwija moc i moment a ty zwykły wielopunkt sam słupek to lata 90 z dołożonym turbo. Nie zrobisz mu chipa bo to bardzo słaba baza do robienia mocy. Szczerze to przejedź się audi tt z 1.8 tsi. A co tam masz marzyć przejedź się zwykłym paskiem albo seatem leonem z tym silnikiem. Tylko sprawnym a nie rozpizganym bo wtedy rzeczywiście może konkurować z twoim XDDDD

The gearbox is terrible (famous M32) and always breaks down. And Astra is very heavy (Focus 2011 is lighter 100-150 kilograms) what has an impact on acceleration and fuel consumption.

That is violently exaggerated, there have been some strange errors but the number is not so great, and the weight is caused by an extremely well-built body which makes it the most crash-proof car in real accidents, it has stronger roofs and a-pillars and rear of the body than any other car in the class, and performs top results in side collisions and is the only car in the class with the expensive headrests for protection against whiplash otherwise found only in Mercedes and BMW. Ford Focus is very bad in side collisions for example, Astra is ridiculously... superior... there.

@@Djeseret I see you're a fan of the Astra. But at least base your opinions on crash tests. The Astra J is better than the Focus mk3 by only 3%. Of course, the focus has a slightly worse side impact (by 0.5 pts), but the astra has a worse frontal impact (driver). In both, the rider's neck is well protected by the headrests. Check it on the internet. Astra really has a lot of disadvantages, the higher weight is also unjustified, and I do not know if you know, but the Astra V lost weight to the standard in the class. and such a simple comparison, the Astra 2.0 CDTI 160 PS is slower than the 2.0 TDCI 140 PS and burns more fuel. I have driven both cars and I know what I am writing.

@@pawek9143 Crash tests do not have the same relevance as real accidents if you have a large number of examples to base results on - which I have. There are a large number of situations that are not tested in crash tests and therefore do not say anything at all, the fact is that the very large deformation of Focus in crash against pole alone is enough for it to lose against Astra, and that makes the rest irrelevant. Focus is better in some details but at the same time Astra is much better in many more areas including those that are not tested other than in real accidents and has no major serious weakness as serious as Focus worst result, it is about an overall assessment.

@@Djeseret I'm not interested in what you're based on. I base on tests that are carried out in the same way, so it is possible to compare both cars. Every real accident is different ... Secondly, such a visible deformation in Ford is slightly larger, but both the NHTSA, Latin Euro ncap and the European ncap also rate the safety of the focus on good level, also in terms of side and pole impacts. Thirdly, deformation is one thing, the other is the forces acting on a driver, how airbags protect, and so on. Both cars have 5-stars and this is the most important. Saying that the heavier the safer is a nonsense
