2011 Seadoo GTI SE Mirror, Bezel removal and Cluster replacement.

NOTE: Dealer or Special tools required to complete this task!
As your Seadoo ages, one of the first things to act up is often the gauge cluster. They can get dimmer, sun damaged or water damage.
What you'll need to try this:

Great video - appreciate it. I noticed you're missing your handlebar grip plugs. I use the plastic bolt cover plugs for office chairs and they work great (have to apply a bit of silicone to keep them in place).

my jetski sank and ended up damaging the control unit, I bought a used control unit on eBay, with 2 programmed keys, when I assembled my jetski it didn't turn on. Would I have to program the Cluster for the jetski to turn on? The jetski won't start without the panel being matched to the ECU? I have a 2013 seadoo RXP-X 260

Yeah, they will need to be married in order for it to work. You might be able to unplug the cluster and start it without the gauges attached at all, but with the cluster plugged in, they have to match otherwise it will not start.

Some shops will be able to do that, but many will want the entire ski, dealerships and most places don't do bench programming from what I have seen, so they will want everything where they can just plug into the diagnostic port and click the button.

How to use the Candoo pro to marry cluster?

On the cluster settings tab there should be a box that has a button in it that says marry cluster, and also says if the button isn't there that means the cluster is already married

What about the hours? Will my hours erase? My speedometer is faded off

This one retained the hour reading, evidently the new cluster picked up the reading from the ECU. It depends on where they are stored, and how they are programmed. Earlier models need the top tier level of buds to change the hourmeter, but it can be corrected, I've changed clusters on 06 models that reset to 0 hours on the display, so I had to change the cluster hours to match the ECU hours with buds.
