Full Journey!! London Kings Cross to Aberdeen - LNER Azuma

Heading up the East Coast Mainline once again on the Northern Lights LNER 10am departure from London Kings Cross to Aberdeen via Edinburgh. A great smooth journey up to Aberdeen and one that I wouldn't mind doing again if I'm not in a rush to get there.
We call at York, Darlington, Newcastle, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Edinburgh, Haymarket, Inverkeithing, Kirkcaldy, Leuchars, Dundee, Arbroath, Montrose, Stonehaven and Aberdeen.

Not really... the Azumas are still running to the 225/HST timetable. The fast Edinburgh service was always 1h 50 minutes between London and York

I've often considered taking the train from Newcastle to London Kings Cross, rather than the West Coast Mainline from Carlisle to London. Usually it's around 3h 30 mins from Carlisle to London Euston, and I was wondering if you could tell me what is the journey time from Newcastle to Kings Cross please.
