sadly these bentleys are too young for myself im stuck in the continental r and would love a brooklands 2 door in pure white but cant find one .. im spoiled for i remember when your ears would pop when the doors would shut.. that was the 1974 shadow..but the door seals dont do the pressure anymore, again its nice to hear someone who enjoys workmanship.. most preuis drivers flip me off for im old i guess not because of my automobiles..

There are many features on the Bentley GT 2nd generation V8 which had been badly thought out. 1. Lights and ign key position need reversing. The ign key switch you don't need is visible where the lights switch isn't. 2. If you need a power point when driving you need to dtive either with the arm rest up or the glove box open. 3. The petrol opener and boot opener (used only when the car is at rest) are positioned in the most visible locations on the arm rest instead of the front window switches which are regularly usrd when driving. 4. There does not need to be an on/off switch for the cruise control operation. 5. The suspension setter on the lower centre console needs to be raised slightly so you don't need to take your eyes off the road to see where it is when changing settings as you are driving. 6. On a car with such unbelievable power, what use is manual gear change? 7. You need a degree in computer science to understand the infotainment system. 8. The sat nav system has a habit of changing you from the most direct route because of very minor roadworks. It also often goes into tilt mode telling to turn left or right when there are no turnings. 9. How £2500 is justified for a replacement windscreen is beyond my understanding. 10. By removing what I believe to be over fussiness and making the manual side of the gearbox optional, weight and price could be further reduced. Bentley drivers are not boy racers. The car is bought not to show off how fast you can burn out the tyres. 11. The centre B badges on the wheels can easily be stolen or they can easily drop off when driving. I've already lost two. 12. The arrangement of the centre wheel covers to the wheel nuts is easily assembled wrongly when having to change a wheel. 13. The instrument panel when lit at night reflects in your eyes off the windscreen. Check out these things for yourselves.

Review is really nice, but for those of us looking at videos because we are currently test driving a Bentley, the detail was way over the top. We already own and drive luxury vehicles (I own Mercedes-Benz cars). This review is for those that never owned a high-end luxury vehicle. You should do another series of videos for those of us that already own high-end vehicles and want to buy something new. Just a suggestion. Other than that it was a nice, and very complete, albeit long, review.

You are probably right. But we try to accommodate everyone. For example the owner of this car never read his manual and did not stay for the long obtuse explanation of the salesman. He actually refers to this video quite a bit lol. But I do see a need to shorten the interior portion! Thanks for the feedback!

The reviews are brilliant, I mean better than most magazines would give, but one thing I have noticed it when you are looking at the ceiling/roof 24:45 , the camera doesn't seem to adjust, so when you are showing the buttons, lights etc, it's quite hard to see what you are doing, what buttons are there etc. If you get what I mean. Keep up the reviews!

Really great review. Another luxury European automobile. They all look superb but, personally, for real-life use I'd go Lexus, Acura, Caddy. Bentley, s-class, Range Rover .. They're all high end cars but probably the Bentley would be a level above the others? How do you think this compares to the other expensive European marques? Thanks for making this video.
