@twyz0ne5 жыл бұрын
This Niners defense was a serious problem. You couldn't do anything. That front was a nightmare for offenses and the secondary was very swirmy and hard hitting. They would be on your ass the second they spotted the ball. One of the best linebacker duos ever. The defense is very similar today. The pass rush might be a little better, but the secondary in 2012 was more aggressive.

this was colin kaepernick first game he started, I have a theory this game change the 49ers team... Kaepernick played outstanding on his first start on Monday night football against really tough physical defense that was in top 5 rank defense coming into this game...but Kaepernick came in to all ready set team. he had a frank gore, crabtree and one of the best linemen mike upati and all round one of the best offensive linemen in the league at that time plus Veron davis was having good season. but the defense was one of the best in the nfl.....plus Chicago bears couldn't study on the film with Kaepernick, and didn't know what expect. and he just slaughter the bears defense. which he led to him become the new starting quarterback. and the 49ers put numbers on the score board that year. and the experts as well a lot of fans say he lead to the super bowl against the ravens.................but to me, he didn't lead the 49ers to the super bowl, the whole team led did, the weapons he had around him made him look like the next biggest quarterback, Football is most team sport. one quarterback cannot put the team on his shoulders or any other football player for that matter, the defense gave Kaepernick to stay in games.....but when Kaep puts more points t than alex smith did. kaep will put points on the board really fast that the defense couldn't rest......alex smith didn't points like Kaep did, but what he did, he would not turnover the ball and have frank gore run the ball and pass the ball enough for the first down, and there times he put points on the scoreboard and throwing deep. but most of the time, he kept it simple, and it would wore down the opponents defense, by the time 4th quarter, they wore so tired, they couldn't keep up no more...if alex smieth played in the super bowl that year, I think he would won, and not throw to one of the best corner back Richard shermen, I think he would don't a bootleg like he did with the saints, and the following year, in the NFC championship when the super bowls was 2 weeks away but everybody knew that was the main event...even Richard Sherman said the real super bowl was against the 49ers and there 2nd best team behind seahawks.. alex wouldn't throw to crabtree just to shut up Sherman, Sherman got into there heads look wat happen...davis and I think bolden were open, they wouldn't score on that play but it would close to the goal line........kaep did the exact same thing twice to end our season, crabtree and kaepernick were close friends but after what happen in the nfc championship, things were never same and crabtree left,..I don't think they haven't talk and personally I would kept crabtree than keep keapernick, ....jim harbaugh is my favorite coach right now. he should kept alex smith the starter for the rest of the season, which I believe the 49ers would of won, then put Kaep on the trading block, we could gotten another 1st rounder or descents pics

Crabtree is overrated
@bgutty59454 жыл бұрын
@Robert Johnson exactly. Alex Smith couldnt complete a pass to Crabtree if he wanted to. Hes the worst deep ball passer. He lived off V. Davis and Kelce. The year we lost to the giants in the championship game.. he didnt complete his first pass to a WR until the 4th qtr!!! Even more insane stat, for the cheifs he went a whole SEASON without throwing a TD pass to a WR.. thats crazzzzy. Highly overrated and lived off a great defense in SF (the only good year he had anyway). U will never win shit with alex Smith. Yea he had one great playoff game against the saints but the following season saints had the 32nd ranked defense.

when I seen Kaepernick kneeling during the American flag, I thought people would talk about for like a week then go back just football.....but no, that was 3 years ago, I think and now its more worse than before, I respect his beliefs, and if he wants to speak out, that's fine, I don't agree with keapernick, b/c the flag to me represents all the soldiers from the The American Revolution to Iraq/Afghanistan war. every person who bled for this country....do we have a lot of problems...yes we do but this our home, its only we got, does America has and the military have dark days in the past. yes it does, but if America still has some good, even just a little, its worth fighting for, I us to hang our flags and honor to those people who fell so we have our freedom, lets not wait for a certain special for our military and our vets, lets hone them all year long....just standing and putting our hand next to our hears, and sing our national anthems I love you America and her children, I will never stop fighting for u

@@RM-qw2rw yes you are right but the whole message was completely last and we need to remember that the following year before Kaepernick was going to hit free agency he told people that he was going to stand up next year but as soon as the NFL teams weren't going to sign him then he went back to being a political activist... I know people say that the NFL was trying to screw him over or even see that the NFL is racist remember that former player Hall of Famer Ray Lewis went out and found out for Colin Kaepernick to play for the Baltimore Ravens as a backup for Joe Flacco.. everything was all ready to go and they even agreed on terms and all they need to do is sign the papers but Colin Kaepernick girlfriend tweets out a racist remark about the NFL and Colin Kaepernick did not do nothing so the Baltimore Ravens backed out now you cannot blame the Baltimore Ravens for backing out the deal... I understand politics are more important than football and yes I think we should deal with it but as for a NFL owner you don't want a circus coming and be a distraction for your team cuz you know they're going to know that the media is going to ask questions about politics that has nothing to do with football... and if Colin Kaepernick really believe film what he said it how come he did a settlement any talks about how this country Crete's black Americans bag where he signed a huge contract with Nike the xploitz children in China... but I do understand what you're saying and I respect it
