This has turned into a real head scratcher. This is the type of car that just gets traded in by the owner as being unrepairable by many shops. I feel like you will find the problem

I’m curious to know how you charge time to the customer. You seem like a nice that is Good willing time. I’d be charging at least 3 to 4 hours labor for the diagnostic.

I will charge what I think is fair but obviously not for all the time I spent. I look at it this way...you have to pay to go to school. Even lawyers do probono work occasionally.

A short question of mine: Did this Buick has the blind spot controller in the back bumper? We had it in the past, that a completely corroded controller fucked up the HS1. JFYI. Hope it will be helpful.

@tyberzann9713 yes ive seen that but I believe that's a different network and the car doesn't have blind spot monitors but it does have another can network to the EBCM
