2012 ford 1 litre ,3 cyl, fault code P132B turbo control performance part 1 and part 2 fixed

customer thought the problem was a new turbo but with testing there was nothing wrong with the turbo and we found the fix first time

Hi Trevor, I believe I might have the same issue with my Ford Fiesta 1.0L Ecoboost, and was wondering if you knew what that actual plastic part is called. Been advised by Ford Mechanics to check that but can’t seem to find anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Trevor, Having the same issues with my 1.0ltr ecoboost. Watched your video and followed your steps, however unfortunately it's still not sorted. Should there be oil in where the vacuum pump valve is? It is like it's "puffing" air as shown in your video. Any tips would be greatly appreciate.

Hi if it gone to far there could be a chance the oil pump could be blocked on this engine this is a common problem to from the wet cam belt , yes there should be oil in it hope this helps

Thank you for your reply! Could the seals inside the vacuum pump be worn and need replacing? Just gave my car a full oil change new filters plugs ect, but will check the oil pump

Code is p132b21? Is for volvo with engine t4 fomoco 1.6

Can you not put a non return valve inline instead of changing the pump

I’ve got one in to day I will try and get back you as I tried that but it was on a bad pump , I’ve just put a good pump on so let’s see

Yes... We've just used one off some old civic carburetors as it's Saturday afternoon and no where open... Works fine👍
