Noticed you can now buy a whole new knuckle with bearing/hub and dust shield as a unit--- $78 on ebay... best way to do this job short of having a shop press.

Don't forget to have your front end realigned after pulling the knuckle from your strut

Did you take off the abs sensor as a precaution? Cause I don't think you have to when you're doing it this way. I do have the kit that you have, to press in & out the bearings on the vehicule and it works well when the bearing "C" clip is on the exterior like this mogel. But when the clip is on the interior, that's when I take the whole thing off (the nuckle w/wheel speed sensor) to press it out on a press, and the reason for that is because with the calcium in winter time, parts get very rusty up here in canada and usally the wheel speed sensor is seized in there and won't budge at all. So I disconnect the wheel speed sensor harness connector in the fender and that's how I'm able to do the job without scraping the wheel speed sensor. But in you're case the wheel speed sensor wasn't seized so i guess it's best to take it off not to damage it. Good job.

When you start pulling the bearing, don't use the cup until you break it loose

When you are pressing the bearing in, the adapter on the rear spindle is it on the knuckle ?

Also grease the threaded rod everytime you use it.

I'm not sure.. I only bought the one kit "23 piece front wheel drive bearing press tool removal adapter puller pulley set FWD" is the exact name of it on Ebay.. it shows it in my past purchases but the picture is a blue case now, not red like mine but all the parts are the same. Tried to post a picture but it won't let me on here.
