Did you do the throttle body reset procedure? Turn it on 1 click. Press throttle to floor 5 x. Then hold it down for 20 seconds. Release. Turn off and on.

I was not aware of that procedure, thank you. It's been a year now without any issues. After the battery was replaced the codes cleared on their own and I let it go at that. There have been no error codes since.

I'm having issues with my jeep. It went into limp mode I think. I took air filter out and it was full of oil. Replaced my pcv valve, cleaned air intake out (it was full of oil). I kinda cleaned the throttle body but I didn't really clean it very good, just kinda wiped around inside it with a rag. But it surges really bad and when it happened my check engine light came on. Going to get it scanned in the morning.

Chances are you had a loose connection at the battery which is common because Jeep's have crappy battery clamps. I'd be more interested in why you had 17v running and 14v with the vehicle off. That would typically lead me to believe that the voltage regulator on the alternator is faulty or someone previous installed a larger alternator. Something is still puzzling about this outcome.

Looks to me like there might be a low fuel issue also! LOL!

If you ask the wife, it's not low fuel until the light comes on! She cuts it close all the time.

My jeep failed to relearn. I replaced pedal and throttle body. Still no help. Car just rotting in the backyard

There might be a focus issue with your camera also. It seems to be all fuzzy and out of focus around your chin. ???

Every time you disconnect a battery code will erase doesn’t mean is fix .. i will like to know how it went after driving for a few miles .. but yes battery had a problem

Since changing the battery 8 months ago the codes have not returned.

Turns out my problem was the accelerator pedal. A $120 part

I believe it did. My wife was able to drive it home, but it was back roads 30 MPH.

My Jeep will be working just fine and then the lightning light comes on and kills the motor and then won’t start for a terrifying minute or two then fires right up and acts like nothing happened 😑
