Looks remind me of the new GSR750, being quite angular and blocky. It's got quite powerful looks actually and the gear changes sound very smooth for an ER-6 :) Another good budget 6n it looks like :)

@select899 hrrrm. Tanks though. On a brighter note, it llooks like you will be able to get ABS on the er6-n. And which from what i've read is an uprated setup. As well as getting better brake (pads). Shudder to think how much the increase of price will be though. Japanese bikes used to be the 'value' rides. Now the chances of being able to buy new is about the same as taking a ride in a TARDIS. :(

Son of a beach!!! I bought a 2011 model literally one month ago and now this comes out? If I'd known... I'm amazed they still haven't put a gear indicator though. That is the biggest complaint I have about my bike. Is there a reason why they keep ignoring such a useful feature?

@GODSSALERD Not everybody is shopping for a quarter-mile bike, mate. After smoking a few clowns at the green light a few times, it gets old.. fast. Riding is more than 0-60 times, and this bike can hold its own against some very expensive bikes in real world conditions and challenging roads, owing to its good balance and punchy torque. For what it is, it's very good. When I owned one I had no problems leaving the big bikes for dust in the twisties, sometimes I wish I didnt sell it!

Still no adjustable forks, not even pre-load, that's a shame as. I would trade in my er-6n 06 for a new one in a flash if they fitted a better front suspension, like they did on the Versys

I think old one is better looking. It was simple and plain. This one looks too agressive. Like it would need to prove something. I dont really get the new styling filosofy of Kawasaki. First Z then Ninja and now this... On the other hand, its probably even better bike than old ER. And it has allways been nice bike.

I hate that yellow, and in a few years when it a little faded, it will look far worse. Saying that the bike looks awesome in all the other colours available, personal opinion of course

No likey. They've ruined one of the sexiest gas tanks in motorcycling and kept the lease visually appealing aspect, the headlight. The step-seat and swingarm look to be improvements but overall I'm disappointed.

crap vid...... there trying to make it look like the 750cc and 1000cc.... but realy that are just adding more wait to the bike. the frame is changed and the rear swing are also. but still looks crap.. i got the 650F and i would say is your new to big bikes then buy it. but i am trying to sell mine as i can stand it anymore. if you ever pull up at a set of lights and a strate 4. 16 valve is there.... your just going to be so disapounted....
