2012 Mercedes C250 High Pressure Fuel Pump Less Than 1 Hour

So what if it’s still delivering the specified fuel but when driving and accelerating the car jumps n kicks and throws over boost but fuel psi is still over 1000?

Yeah does not matter disconnect your battery before you start

High pressure pump on this car supposed to be many hours as well you just have to find a way to flat rate it. Not always possible. Could you please explain why would you have to change the fuel pump? I fear mine is leaking fuel into and it's mixing with the oil.

Not because of contamination the change was necessary because of pressure issues

@@emmanuelbegwel5219 take a scann tool and read pressure when cranking keep in mind you have 2 fuel pumps one in gas tank fuer delivery and the high pressure pump. The specs for pressure you can find online at ignition you should already have at least some pressure maybe 50 or so PSI depending on the car. Than when running pressure should be between 600 and 2000 psi depends on engine the scan tool should show the range

Hi, a question remove the 2 screws of the backside from pump and than the high-pressure line and the fuel hose with the clamp or ? Is it Hardcore to remove the clamp and replace it with a screwclamp edition ? : ( i must replace the green seal because its leaking oil and where about a answer very very happy, please helps thx

Okay but i am afraid about the one plastik hose with the c clamp , it is maximal have 4 screws but tje plastic hose i have no idea how my fingers get the clamp out without loosing the clamp ? or can I pull the pump backwards if I have removed all 4 screws? so you can with the pull the plastic hose backwards??? I would really be happy, the vacuum pump was easier to replace than that :(

But I think you have changed it? I have to know the step, otherwise I will fail? how do I get the C clamp off, which belongs to the fuel line? :(

I just cut the clamp with pliers and replace it with a traditional clamp at assembly

did you release the pressure on the high pressure fuel pump before swapping out? or is that not necessary? help im about to get this done on mine

I just make sure that I disconnected the battery otherwise the pressure is not a big deal just wrap a shop rag around the line you open and the pressure is gone right away it's not much gas that will come out.
