no excuses, there is a $60k- $70k price difference between those two, the GTR is just faster period, now, with the stang having slicks I bet It could hit low 12's with a good driver and the race would be up to reaction time basically

Fact. From a dig, the GTR just about stomps everything out tehre because it is all wheel drive. Fact. With equal traction through the use of slicks or 20mph roll, GTR gets stomped on by stock 5.0's. So the only real advantage the GTR has is it's AWD, like any other AWD car. It's fast, but the Mustang is faster.
