What a helpful video , a mechanic took my center console apart and forgot to install one of the rear A/C conduct so I dont have rear A/c. Thanks to this video I took care or the issue

Do you need to disconnect the battery before removing those centre consoles cables from the iDrive controller etc.?

very good question, if you want to remove seats etc. recommend battery off
