Okay so just completed on my Mazda CX-5 2013 sport... there are two engine hose that make it pretty much impossible to get that top bolt from the bottom.... what I did was super simple I just unbolted the air intake from the top where you put your engine air filter..... disconnected those couple of bolts as well as loosen the hose that goes directly from your engine air filter into the engine. You can then completely remove that box which makes that top bolt way way easier to access. It does help to have a bendable head extension. The only other thing was my electric connector was simply a tab at the bottom right that I pinched in and pulled down versus the one in this video which came up. Otherwise guys this is a super easy fix and the video was definitely helpful! Now I got to put that Splash shield on with 40,000 screws lol.
