Hey. Yeah, I have a copy of Haynes manual, and I found by googling and forums, almost a full Mazda original manual., Usually I compare them and trusting the actual Mazda original manual, if there is conflicting information

Haynes manual would be the easiest one but it costs. Best is to google mazda 6 gh torque spec or torque manual. That is the fastest way. ( Sorry, can't send links, online safety)

Hello dear Klavs, I have a problem in the clutch which remains at the bottom (I have to lift it with my feet). and it blocks the gear shift. What is the problem please ?

Sounds like the clutch slave cylinder has air in it, or is bad. If the clutch slave or any of the clutch line, has a leak or losing pressure your clutch won't work
