patrick coady in my experience (it was in an open class corps, heatwave, but still) we got about 4 hours of down time throughout the day to eat, and had enough time to clean parts individually or together. plus we had free blocks once a week during move ins and world class corps get free days. so that is more time to work on it, and outside of the corps before move-ins even start

reese puff No shame in that. Drum corps have more members than the average marching band. This ensemble is small compared to the entire group, making it a small ensemble. So, a small ensemble for a corps could have a lot more than a lot of marching band brasslines.
