How do you remove the gray cable I can’t remove mines

It’s going to take a bit of time but the gray cable has a clip that you’ll have to simultaneously push down and pull. After so many attempts it will become lose and slide off.. but it’s difficult

Thanks for the video. i have the same issue in my R/T. but mine isn't working at all now. it used to connect and disconnect randomly but now every time I switch to Bluetoothtab, the tab isn't working at all. I will try to find and buy this spare part and give it a try to change it myself.

My R/T didn’t have s navigation feature originally, since I’ll be replacing the module is there a option to install one that has navigation hardware?

Yes there is but finding one may be challenging. Always verify that the new module will have full accessibility of all features and will work perfectly with your model

I just got 1 but all it did was change the color of my radio background 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ still wont connect, when I hit the phone/bluetooth nothing happens just a sound

I’ve seen this before. In some rare cases the entire Uconnect System will have to be reset. As long as no other mechanical faults aren’t present, the reset will get things going again

Its an even bigger pain to get at on the dodge journey and right now when i 0ush the media button on the radio it doesn't even give me the option to use Bluetooth anymore to play music just says No Disk for my cd player
