A couple notes about the install on those. Double-check the outside of the box on the R.F. corner that it isn't hitting the front wiring harness. When I went to install the box the harness was getting in the way. Just re-position the harness as needed. When taking out the old air box you don't need to take the lid off. As long as the tube hose clamp is loose enough just lift the whole box, lid and all out and if necessary wiggle the air tube off. There's enough flexibility in those air tubes.

Dont feel bad about modding your car. Thats what we do. All the mods we make to our cars can b called a waste of money but thats what we do. Lol. Its just fun and satisfying. And if we get a bit more power or look a bit different than everyone in the process i call it a great investment.

That was allot of money, from a CJD dealer they charge around $400 for all of those Cold Air kits. I bought my Mopar CAI on eBay for my 2011 Charger R/T, only paid $275 shipped. Mine definitely breathes better with it, complements the Flowmaster Force II system I put on over a year ago.

Just bought a 2013 with 69k miles already had that particular Mopar CAI. A speedlogix 84mm throttle body and spacer and oil catch can. Corsa cat back exhaust no resonator version. And the Mopar strut tower brace. IDK how accurate the Horsepower dash readout is but it says 530+ HP
