So will this work without a key fobs? Only a key came with the van.

Yes only the factory key. Also any other key that is programed. Say if you lost one it will work with the new programmed key as well.

Hello, I have the mk808bt and i dont see the program ignition or key fob option. I’m trying to Program a 2019 dodge grand caravan. Is that something you have to buy as an add on to the scanner?

No as long as you have your registration and I.D. should be no issues if you're the owner.
