If The coupler is broken off you can use the broken piece of the coupler and a flat head to use it to remove it

Ford dealership was replacing vac pump on my 14 ford fusion. He was removing pump and price broke off and broke cam. I'm not sure if this happens often. So I figure u would know my answer. Should dealership be responsible for my now ruined motor? I know it's unforeseen, but they seem to not care that motor will blow.

Ford sucks . They did this to kill the engine at a predetermined mileage. I will never buy a car with this platform again . I'll go with a much older car . With Inline drive train .
