Use a small zip tie to push down both sides at the same time and it will slide out. It wastes a Zip tie each time you do it, But damn it makes it easier.

FYI, you don't have to remove the door blue handle piece on the door (2:05 on video) There are 2 clips behind the "door handle section" that hold the unit/section to the door panel. Just push those 2 clips behind the panel in and the entire piece "door handle section only" on panel comes off and then just feed it through the opening. Just look behind the door handle section and you will see what I am talking about. At least on my 2014 F-150. Great video brother thanks you.

Awesome videos any advise for an install on a 2013 f150 I’m putting in a cheap boss dvd and CD player i got the maestro dash kit with the 4 inch screen I don’t need to use the old CD player cpu box for the new radio it’s confusing thanks any help.
