2013 Ford Focus LOW FUEL RAIL PRESSURE P0192 P00C6 FIXED!

2013 ford focus with multiple drivability issues. from not starting at all to having a very long crank time. If started would have almost no power at all would die often. code scan revealed a problem with the fuel rail pressure circuit and after testing was able to verify. Quickly found the culprit to the problem which was a defect in the factory wiring harness routing. repaired the wiring harness and rerouted so that it would not be a reoccurring problem. Used a thinktool pro scanner and fluke multimeter for testing. Thank you for watching!

Dude total live saver on this one. Mine just started acting up going down the road. Dod some quick checks on the side of the road. Nothing panned out. Googled my issues and this popped up. I got picked up, ran home and grabbed my electric tools, stripped that spot in the harness back and boom! Had 1 wire broke in two and two more about through. Got them spliced up on the side of the road and drove it home. You sir just saved me a solid $1000-$1500 because I highly highly doubt I would’ve found this otherwise. Thanks again!

Hello what is the part number for the harness. I think it will be easier for me to just change the harness.

If you call a dealer with the vin # they can direct you to the part #. Imo replacing the whole harness is going to be a much larger job than repairing but to each his own, good luck with repair and thanks for watching!

The wires on this unit were chaffing against the intake manifold, critters could easily cause the same or similar issue
