I personally didn't see where the headlight was lacking, I guess I would have to see both models lit up side by side. The advantages of the newer models are a larger fuel tank, built in clock & a nicer seat & the fact that the price still remains the same. I have heard from newer owners that the 2015s are slightly slower.

You can normally travel 25-30 miles, after the final bar begins flashing.

I didn't know that the ACG starter feature was included on the 2013. I had thought it was introduced for the 2015 model, so this is good to know. So now I'm thinking the only advantage to the newer ones is perhaps the lighting system. BTW what is your opinion of the headlight on the 2013? Thank you if you get a moment.

Great review. But .8 of a gallon would almost be a gallon left when the light is blinking, which is like half a tank?
