Rough idle on red light is most likely your fuel pump. Sometimes it makes your car not start easily

Check ur variable valve timing solenoid.!

Question i replaced a starter on a Hyundai Genesis sedan 2012 , i replaced it with a 13 teeth starter, the bad one had 11 teeth. The car started well, would i have any issues in the long run, since i replaced an 11 tooth starter with 13 teeth starter?

Honestly i don't know how you got it started. Normally it should bind because of the difference in teeth
