The point of the red plastic that gose over the roof is to hide the body line where the micra roof would drop off if you look at the roof just before the red plastic theres a small divit in the roof thats where they extended the roof

My last company car was a Nissan Juke 1.2 petrol. Good car same spec as you Dad's Note. You lifted the bonnet and everything had "RENAULT FRANCE" stamped on it. So a Japanese design made out of French mechanical bits and assembled by Mackems and Geordies ....... go figure lol

​@@JonCoupland Ignore the negative comments Jon, I think you're doing a great job & always look forward to your videos. 👍 I've got a 23 plate Juke & my bonnet stay is the same. Takes a bit of getting used to 😂. Renault & Nissan share a lot of parts. My Juke is pretty much the same as a 2023 Renault Captur underneath, so I'm guessing the Note possibly shares parts with a similar age Clio 🙂👍 Keep up the good work 👍
