Marty - another great video! And what a gorgeous course too - this is what a DG course should look like - not some orienteering mission through a dense forest, with poison ivy, and bugs.

Anyone know what Climo threw off the on hole 12 and 13? Looked like a clear disc in champion plastic but I don't know what mold...

People who want to promote this sport, make it bigger, and make it more respectable. You don't see PGA players playing ball golf with their shirts off....
@scottlewis552111 жыл бұрын
Yes a foot fault would result in a warning and then he would have to putt again. You don't call foot faults because they missed or made it. You call it because they foot faulted. Who cares if they make the redo. Now he has to be careful for the rest of the round or risk a penalty stroke.

I thought (just by the looks) that Climo was mid 30ies in that clip and MacBeth late 20ies (oh btw, his career starts getting more and more Shakespear-Drama-worthy). I guess is that McBeth treats DG as if he was a CEO of a company, whereas Climo has still the “I don’t wana spend 30hrs a week with my mentalcoach, the gym, the nutritionist ect - I just primarily play because I love it” I know those characters are a thing of the past. Like most sports that came from stoner dudes like surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding etc the top tier are now full blown athletes. I respect and endorse that, because the air at the top is very thin and therefore no substances should be allowed. What I don’t understand is why in the last round of a Tier 3 event 4 Antitoping guys came wirh the police, treated them like criminals and forced them to give samples. Just to remind you, it was a “everyone can play” tournament which the price for the first being 100$ and a bottle of wine (ironic, isn’t it). If those guys would have got caught on the street wirh a spliff, police would just let them go. But no because the tests were done by the IOC everyone has access to the results, and some that got cought were CEOs or business owners, so this will haunt them forever. I’m ok with tests at big tournaments, but not a tier 3 events. And btw we got in the past 6 years from the iOC was 500$/year - wow, 1/3-1/2 basket every year. Question: do they also test people like James Conrad after tournaments? On thing is for sure - if IOC continues doing this a fun events too, you’ll loose 30-50% of the just for fun players for sure
