We made 165 on the last pull. Motor still not really broken in so we're hoping for 170 + in 500 more miles. R1 has toce pipes, toce mid, stock header, bmc race filter. The shit runs stupid loud, video

Theres a better option. Graves lower mount. More whp more tq and lowers the weight of the bike and the center of gravity. The R-1 turns into a different animal, faster and better handling

Sounds like every other R1 no matter what exhaust you put on these bikes they sound the same. Most HP I've ever seen out of the cross plane my buddy's 09 r1 put 145 to rear wheel and my 2011 zx10r same dyno put 171 rwhp

Pretty generous dyno cause those bikes stock are 146rwhp and the mods aren't anything that would give you that much of an increase.Different Octane fuel?

His dyno isn't generous at all. From what he says it underrates the hp. The whp your seeing this bike make is all his doing with the tuning. I broke the motor in more and got a new exhaust setup, going back for a retune. Hoping it makes over 170

***** Not sure where you located but I'm in Vegas and every R1 that has been on the dyno either stock or with exhaust and PCV have only made between 137-149. That's not only on other shops dyno but also on Dynojets very own dyno. So maybe location is playing a part but thats a huge difference.

xXSOTXxKING I'm over in NY so our air is a little better but that's not your problem why your making shit power. I don't use a pcv on my bike, those things are junk. I Tune my bikes with a bench kit and my guy rewrites the ecu with custom mapping in all areas not just fuel and air. If you want to make serious power through that power commander away and get a real tune. If of course you can actually find a pro that knows how to do that and has the software for it.

The bike has a bunch of rizoma parts on it but as for performance it's just a y pipe, slip on, air filter and a really good custom tune.

OK. That's what I was wanting to know. I flashed my ecu an have a cat back exhaust. An only saw 160 HP.

Wesley Smith you have to get the flash tune bench kit and have a good tuner tune the bike on the dyno. A custom remap is the only way you'll see big power. The tuner must know what he's doing

Those are motodynamics flush mounts. I only use there tail light and flush mounts on my bikes. Good product, full plug and play no wire cutting.
