Trying to replace struts on my 14 Cherokee sprt and the clips won’t fit around the collar of the strut is there any way without a lift to try and compress it to get clearance at top with the clamps?

lift up on strut using a buddy or jack, make sure its flush upwards pressure

There’s a compression tool you can buy at harbor freight that would allow you to compress is safely

On my 2019 cherokee, Before i did my front struts, i had a knock coming from right front strut mount. I installed new complete monroe struts from rockauto. After a month im starting to hear the knock in that front right strut, similar to before. And also i feel like the front sits lower with the monroes. Has anybody did the monroes and seen the difference?

I did only bilstein. Did you check if your upper and lower control arms are good? I changed the arms the same time i changed my shocks

I dont remember. A good brand from RockAuto probably. You can save a ton on that site on stuff like struts

LOL what are you doing bro ? Tie rod end doesn't need to come off , and you don't have to touch the brake system at all !!! You did extra steps for nothing .
