Kind of off topic, 2011 SRX very low oil but no low indicator on dash, it never came on. Would this be a oil level sensor issue? No codes thrown by the computer. ny help humbly appreciated.

U said very low oil but no low indicator on dash? I don’t think there’s low indicator it would give u oil light if pressure if low that might happnes once’s There’s not enough oil picked up. But I would top off oil keep it to level

@@RBTheMechanic Thanks for the response. After reviewing the manual there does not seem to be an indicator light for oil level. This apparently is setup through the oil life information that is setup when you change your oil. Although I have to say, there was no oil on the dipstick and there was no oil pressure warning either. I hope that I did not damage the engine, i must have drove it 100 miles like that. As soon as I saw it was low I had oil change done immediately. The engine seems to be running smooth and no noise.

Why did you change your oxygen sensor when your code said you had a bad camshaft positioning sensor?

I didn’t replac eoxygen sensor I replaced cam sensor
