I've never done my brakes myself because I feel they are too important for me to screw up. I just watched your vid & I am SURE that I will be doing the pads on my 2012 Durango myself. One of the BEST tutorials I have ever seen. A beginner can see all the important details. You explain extremely well, your lighting was adequate, your camera was steady (very important) and the angle was perfect. When it wasn't you adjusted it. My man, this was a superb video. Thanks for boosting my confidence.

I know what you mean by trying to make sure your hands is not in the way of the camera, but you did REALLY GREAT! Hector, you already do great work, but you go beyond that when you let everyone know the small details that A LOT of people don't do, like leaving the jack there with the jack stand and pumping the brake pedal. That pumping the brakes part was SO IMPORTANT, and hardly ANYONE lets people know about that, GREAT JOB!!

Thank you for doing such a plan video. It was extremely informational and gave me the confidence to do this myself. Its been many years since I did a brake job. Also your camera footage was excellent. You did not get in the way except that one time we looked at your head LOL. Thanks again.

Thanks for the awesome video, very well articulated and recorded! Do you have a video replacing the rear brakes on the durango as well? Im assuming its a very similar application but as I don't do a ton of mechanics these walk through videos are so helpful!

At this time. I don't have a video replacing the rear brake pads. The rear brake pads are much easier than the front brake pads. Thank you for watching! 👍🔧

Quick question, any of the brake fluid comes out the masted cylinder we have to replace it or is it fine the way it is?

@@mik3ayala18 When the brake caliper is being compressed brake fluid is going to come out of the master cylinder but if the master cylinder has other issues it should be replaced
