Hi Joel, just hearing you go through the job reassures me that the green Fiat 500 Pop I have in my yard with about 60K miles will be OK - just need to do the clutch but the local shops wouldn't touch the car because of fear. I'm going for it. I paid 1500$ for it with 45K miles I think about 3 years ago, the clutch failed 9 months ago and has been sitting. Sat at the shop I bought it from for 2 months, they said they lost staff and couldn't work on it - claimed they couldn't get the clutch! So after a 900$+ rental bill for the mini van they rented me, I towed the little car home. Now, the weather is warm and I am ready to get my hands dirty and a few busted knuckles. Many thanks!

Please help me out...I have a 2012 500 pop & ordered the clutch kit, which came with the 3pcs..pressure plate, throw out bearing it did not come with the alignment tool & can't find it

Hey Joel - working on a clutch replacement following your guide. I’ve gotten the transmission off - but only have about 4-5 inches of working room to remove the pressure plate, clutch and flywheel, can’t push it much further back on the subframe. How did you remove the clutch and reinstall while following proper torque procedures without dropping the trans? Would like to replace the rear main seal and flywheel as well while im in here

Hi Joel... Your video title says 2014 Fiat Pop but you say 2013 in the video. I have a 2013 Fiat 500 Sport that needs clutch repair due to screeching. Is it the same process and parts as your car in the video? Thanks, Brian

Hey sorry guys I know is has been a while, anyway I still have the car nobody here in california knows how to drive a stickshift car, can sell the darn thing is just park it in my driveway. And is been there since I fix it .

How's she holding up? Can't decide which is better, the Turbo Abarth accordion shaft cylinder throwout slave and bearing, or the fork and pivot rod style in the N/A Sport?

I just had clutch work done on my 2012 Fiat 500c. After it was repaired, the car runs great, but there seems to be more road noise. I peeked behind the plastic cover to the immediate right of the driver's foot and could see below to the ground. Do you think there is some plate or panel under the cabin/center console (to protect the cabin from road noise/rain/snow/stones etc.) That the mechanic neglected to replace?

I guess by now you did you clutch or got rid of the car.If you paid the 1500 it's worth it the job is very labor intensive took me 3 days +
