G37 Sport exhaust is louder than IPL stock. He def had a muffler delete or maybe an axel back.

I have the same car and it also does 348 hp.. I enjoy it... My interior is beige color with wood engrave, and black dashboard.. Its awesome..

100% sure it’s the factory exhaust just with a muffler delete. I have the same setup on my IPL

I have the 2012 IPL and it's got the stock exhaust and it sounds just like this. If this had a muffler delete it would be A LOT louder than this. He has the ac on and that's probably why it sounded non factory. Skip to 5:55 and you can hear the car get quieter after he turns off the ac. Sounds like he might have an exhaust leak if anything.

I have the same 2012 IPL n I don’t think the AC will EVER affect exhaust, but it does sound like this so I’d say it’s stock

@@louie88580 I meant it does change the way the car sounds from the engine compartment and the cabin. Maybe he got that confused with the exhaust.

After looking up a video of this thing with the stock exhaust vs the sport exhaust, I can say with relative confidence that this doesn't sound stock. It does use the stock tips which makes it a bit odd, but I'm not certain either way,

I have 2014 manual ipl and the only way to really hear that stock exhaust is to open it up a lil other than that i really think is quieter than a stock manual g35 which i love the sound of .. what am really wondering is what are the production numbers on the 2014

That's what I was thinking too. I know the IPL came with a different exhaust, but after talking to one of the service techs at the dealership, he also thinks it sounds louder than stock, but he wasn't sure.

no its not sadly. i have a tuned ipl and my buddy keeps up with me till about 100. granted he has intakes and a bunch of trans work

Mine sounds the same stock
