2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Misfire cyl 3 code P0303, P219A camshaft and lifter not working NOT NOISES

Did the camshaft and lifter fix this issue? i did all the same tests on my 2014 5.7 GC and was not able to find anything wrong, this is my next step.

@@CarConnectorLLC yes just replace the camshaft and the lifters, its the most common issue on this kind of vehicles !!
