The only thing im annoyed is that CVT transmission, when you press full throttle it just makes the terrible noise and stays in high rev all the time. Im not convinced to that :/ Anyone has experience with that transmission ?

With the GS 450h you rarely need to go full throttle. Also, don't compare it to those whiny 4-cylinder engines in other hybrids, the V6 sounds much nicer. As long as you're driving normally you /might/ be able to hear the engine over the tire and wind noise (and they're not loud by any standard) but only barely. If you do decide to floor it, acceleration is pretty decent:
