This car is pointed right at the mid 30's dad that wants to let the world know he's making it but also isn't actually making it and he has his 2 kids on the weekends.

My 2013 E350 wagon has 280k km and has been rock solid. Not nearly as expensive to service here in Canada as people make it out to be, especially if you know how to research and source aftermarket parts and do the work yourself. The 2 biggest issues I've noticed with these cars are interior rattles and rust forming at the seam between the rear quarter panel and bumper. Still, I can see myself keeping this car until it falls apart.

Last year when i was looking for a classy sporty looking vehicle after being disappointed with the original A5's reliability and potential running costs i was looking at the E350 coupe as a top contender. The main difference was it was the pre-facelift model. Clad in black i like the looks of it better. Then i found out the E-Klass coupe and convertible did not share a platform with the sedan but were actually based on the C-Klass platform and i abandoned the idea of buying an E350 Coupe altogether.

Thanks, just picked up MY 2014 MB E 350 Cabriolet. You made me feel much better about it.

This feels like around the time mercedes still looked like a proper mercedes. You can tell it's a mercedes from afar, but these new mercs on the road look like amorphous blobs with the logo slapped on the grill. The headlights and grill lost all its ruggedness on the new ones, just smoothed off across one curved face. Miss the look of these older models.

My mom bought the coupe version a few years ago at a pretty good price. It’s still running strong. I wish it had the softer ride of the convertible though. Those feel quite a bit smoother. Probably softer to reduce cowl shake

Those are nice looking convertibles. But under $10,000 for one? That must be a very high-mileage vehicle.

Almost every American convertible from the 1950-1970s had enough space for 3 passengers in the back.

Have you reviewed one of the big Eldorado convertibles? I feel like that back seat in that would be okay

the diesel version of it is great if it got serviced correctly.. and by that i mean every 10k miles an oil change or every year.. but if not puh.. have fun buying a new engine.. ;)

I’ve seen some around $17k, I’ve had a really reliable Toyota for 10 years and I feel like it may be time to hate myself. I just want a convertible again, there are very few options nowadays.

I think it’s cool but not a vehicle I really need. All the cars I got on my channel are enough and I just sold the Mercedes. That being said there aren’t many convertibles left that are no roadsters.

If the Cup holders are so big to pass the big friggin bottle test - aren't they much to large for tons? So they can fall out during driving and spill their sticky fluids? 😂😢
