Hi Sierra. I actually drove the Pikes Peak Rally referee Evo and the drivetrain is great but the rest is still a Mitsubishi. I would take a STI over an Evo because the rest of it is a much nicer car. Thanks for watching. Alex

Hi Gustavo. I don't hate Mitsubishis but they're just not making good cars right now. Sales numbers back that up. Subaru sells more of one model that Mitsubishi sells in their entire range. THis reviewer is not honest and full of crap. I found the interior simple and elegant. The allwheel drive is much more capable than anything in its class. Lots of safety features as standard

Ok Alex...time to get back on the edge again....Ridgeline. Put a roof rack on one so you can get through it...and a Fit Sport please...we know of a first generation Fit delivering pizzas. At 750,000km...tech put new rings in one cylinder (compression was within spec...so compression matched all cylinders again ) otherwise regular tuneup and still going.

Hey Alex, Why the Gordon Ramsay sour outlook on the Outlander? I’ve had my Outlander GT for a month now and I’m love’n it. Like the celebrity chef’s propensity for instant judgement I think you jumped to the wrong conclusion. The Outlander stands out as good value compared to what else is on the menu and I think that especially goes for the V6 GT trim level. This is the Volvo of CUV’s, the Outlander and the Forester were the only vehicles to pass the IIHS small overlap test.

Alex, I went thumb down on this review even though you were entertaining and I will watch more of your reviews. I felt you missed the point of this vehicle. It's simple for users sake. It's full of high tech safety, without being overly complicated and it is an IIHS top safety pick, no other Japanese CUV can match it's 4 cyl economy or the V-6's tow ability. Materials inside are a cut above Subaru and Toyota. At 53 yrs, I must be there target audience for it. Audio is first rate to!

Folks, I believe I have the answer to why mitsubishi sucks so badly. Out of curiosity I researched mitsubishi models exclusive for the japanese market. Often times imports will hold back on certain cars even if they're exceptional out of fear that it won't sell in the u.s. But what I found were weird minivans and tiny little euro/asia style cars. Reason Mitsubishi of america sucks is because its parent company in japan doesn't build anything that can be imported here.
