If you look carefully you will notice it sits in a bowl to catch the drips. It also won't be full of oil like a filter on the bottom of the engine will.

I put good-year duratracs on mine and it goes everywhere in south west British Columbia in the Whistler area. Including blast rock trails to old logging roads(in snow) that get travelled 2-3 times a year! Never thought it would do it!

Just purchased the XT turbo with eyesight. In Sport mode, this is one fast CUV. Very pleased and blast to drive. Very happy so far, exceeded my expectations. Smooth power and harman kardon audio is great. Fast as heck and great visability!

dude!!! i was waiting for this review from you for so long. everyone else is .. well they are not bad but they are not you lol. can you do something with keyless systems maybe a short video with the way they work etc. i mention this because my lady has a habit of locking her self out of the car, thanks!

Agreed, really... when are you using the dashboard as a pillow... now, door panels, arm rests etc, Soft touch is a must, and a steering wheel that has a little moldability is nice. Texture is more important over being "soft". However it is kinda a way of keeping it look nicer longer... the harder the material the sooner it will wear from temperature fluctuation and uv damage

Should come standard with the mesh grill from the previous gen. Wish Subaru had kept their pillarless windows.

No, it's a Premium. No fog lights. The interior is some fake leather trimmed stuff. And navi is an option I think.

This is the XT Touring NOT Premium for the US. You can't get Navi or Leather in the XT Premium trim.
