Coaches and athletes getting in the way of the view, stretching, light as well as heavy lifts make for great training hall videos. Excellent footage!

It's oddly satisfying to listen to all the clashing sounds of the plates...

Awesome footage! Try to prevent the horizontal banding lines though by choosing the right frame rate. Those fluorescent lights can be a pain lol

Who is the Ukrainian woman at 6:50? She has the most camera-time of all the lifters. There is a good portion at around 6:50 where she is snatching and later at 22:20 where she is front squatting.

Lol at North Korean guy's face during heavy back squats

You'd make that face too if you had the idea of a forced labor camp hovering over your head at all times.

who is the asian lifter at 19:30 doing insanely fast pulls? those are some of the smoothest snatches ive seen! Looks like we share similar limb ratios, I wonder if starting the pull with the weight near the balls of my feet will help? *****

What's going on at around the 23-24 minute mark where he just picks up the bar and re-racks it twice? Is he just trying to get under some really heavy weight so everything else feels light by comparison?
@Sam22music9 жыл бұрын
Basically, yes. I've read about it before it I can't recall where. I do it myself sometimes, and I just call it "nerve training," a you are trying do is get your body used to holding the weight in that position do you my feel so strained when the moment of truth arrives.
