The explanation in the rear end looks incorrect. The ride height is not adjusted in the shock but in the spring

A few things that I found wrong with this installation video during my installation process… When you install the front coilovers he says “they pretty much only go one way”. After completing my install, I found that my front passenger side coilover camber plate was not horizontal to the wheel. Double check when putting the triangle through the strut tower, or else you’ll have to take it apart and rotate it. When installing the rear springs, there are 4 21mm bolts holding in the rear cradle. Completely remove the side you are installing the spring on and loosen the other side, otherwise you will not be able to drop the cradle enough to remove the spring. When installing on an s550, the rear shock/spring set up is a “divorced” spring/shock. With this being said, the top perch where the spring sits is a factor in ride height, it does not just play a role in preload. You will need to adjust the height of the upper rings in the perch to adjust the ride height. Hope this helps everyone with their install.

I bought these exact coil overs. And had them professionally installed. Great for about 3 months, ever since then they creek clunk and sound like my front end is falling apart. I cannot find any hotline from SR Performance anywhere…

Why do they offer monotube or twin tube coil overs? And why are the mono tubes cheaper?

Hope y’all see my comment. So I’m running 1.5in spacers with 275 tires on the rear and now I’m obviously running into some tire rubbing. Could I adjust the preload on the rear so that the rear doesn’t drop to much when hitting bumps and rub the tires? Or do I have to just raise it the regular way?
