I was going to wait at least a year before selling my 2012 S1000 for the new one. After watching this video I might have a harder time waiting than I thought.

Do not sell. 2012 is better bike if setup correctly. There are instructions on how to configure 2012 S1000RR to be better in terms of the suspension than 2015 on S1000RR Suspension page on facebook. Also you can get HP race power kit from BMW for 2012 which will give you the same power as this 2015 S1000RR and even lighter mass than 2015 S1000RR.

I use SolidWorks 3D design software in my work. There are at least three new updates to this software package every year. The newest versions allow full engineering and materials analysis of your designs. It really is the most complex design software that I have ever used. So I would think that as the design software improves every year on year the designs that are produced on it only to get better!! ..... But it still needs the designers to come up with the ideas and develop them. I am not really into plastic crotch rockets but I can appreciate a beautiful design - and this is one!! Well done BMW!!

Too far from my skill set :) But being techy-passionate I can see already they made the best already better. Still in some reviews the Aprilia was still number one so if this one don't take over then which one? I test road the roadster and it is mega-effective bike this one would be a tool for the race track!

So much electronics! But at least BMW give you the option to turn it off. I'm glad they did that at least! For someone that wants a proper un-inhibited riding experience this is great. If manufacturers give the option to do that's there's no problem. Making it a fixed feature like Honda did with the CBR is so annoying. Its one of the reasons why I'm trying to find a bike without ABS now.

Schöne Bilder und eigentlich ganz interessanter Bericht. ABER hört auf solche Leute einzustellen die einfach kein Englisch können. Die Aussprache ist echt heftig. Und das soll keine Beleidigung sein. Aber sowas sollte man üben und dann auch richtig umsetzten. Auch die Sätze wiederhohlen sich.
