You are amazing. I wish ALL mechanics were as diligent as you. I have a 2016 Cadillac SRX. I'm having problems with the ac as well. It has been in the shop twice now. Each time, they found something different 🤔. Why didn't they find everything the first time? Because they weren't as diligent at their job as you are, Sir!! It still doesn't blow COLD air. It blows cool air. I live in the south temps are already in the low 90ies. I'm not sure what I'm going to do from here. However, I am happy to see that there are some mechanics that can actually think, use common sense, and excel at their job. Great job young man!!

@@Nixxin2821 Not yet! we live in southern Ga. Going to take it to a shop in S.C. to have it checked there as soon as we can. It has been in the shop 3 times here already. It isn't working like it should, but it is blowing cool air. It's too damn hot to have no AC through the summer.

These might sound stupid but I got the same car with the same problem (well except front the fuse box right) well the thing is my car has the fuse on the wrong place and now thanks to you I’m able to fill the compressor with more ac and let see how it goes ( by the way the ac compressor want working at all thats what u check the fuse)

I have a 2012 that doesn't get cold enough fully charged, blower works, shouldn't cooling fans be running constantly with ac on? Mine cycles along with ac clutch maybe too much?

You would have to test the cooling system. An AC performance test will point you in the right direction.

I won't know thr fix. I gave it back to the customer a few months ago without the right fuse box. They declined me fixing it.

A bunch of crooks at these dealerships 😡 my 16 SRX compressor went out they charge me $1900 I was like Hell No so I ordered one off Ebay for 200 found me a mobile mechanic that charge me 200 & now she’s blowing ice cold again

Thank you Robert. Good job. Looks like the previous tech cannibalized/ swapped out the fuse box to use on some other car. That is horrible. Did the customer say the AC stopped working after the stealership did the ABS work? Have a blessed and safe week to you and your family.

What was the final outcome of the car?

Wrong fuse box. Dealership probably swapped it to try to fix an issue and out the wrong one in. AC worked before the customer went there. The customer declined repairs.
