Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth educational videos of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. Basically, this gives the viewer the chance to view the most detailed 1st person look you can get without going to an actual dealer yourself! Every video is consistent in the way I present so viewers know what to expect in my presentations. I treat every vehicle with the same respect whether a 1960 Chevrolet Impala SS or the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador. I film all types of vehicles from past, present, and future while broadening the knowledge of the automotive enthusiast. You will see everything from vintage, brand new, exotic, mainstream, old, etc. I am very proud of this channel and have built it up from amateur videos years ago to what you see today. I wanted to share my love for the automotive world with the rest of the world. Be sure to explore the massive video variety, have fun and enjoy The Driver's Seat of KZbin!

If this SUV was made by Mercedes, Bentley, Land Rover, maybach, Ford or BMW, none of you would have said the bad things you've said about this vehicle. It's all about the name. Seriously, be honest.

This time around Chevy got it right with the new Tahoe and suburban. It looks way nicer and more luxurious good job. also the reason the price is so high is because it's a fully loaded top of the line LTZ

I had a 98 suburban for years. Put over 200,000 miles on it and thanks to how big it is I rarely ever needed a moving truck. People can make fun of these all they want but if you have a family and/or need to haul big stuff these are perfect.

It's great, but it's gotten way too expensive. This thing is out of reach to any family making less than 250k/yr. These were $30k just 10 years ago for an almost topped out model.

It's not that expensive, with options the Tahoe is 71k, that's a fairly average price for a full size SUV these days.

Nah son, my 05 burban was 35k new, and its no where near the most high end model. The z71 4x4 tahoe was 65k new, and the burban was 71k. While i totally know that these are more expensive, theyve never been cheap. But, you get what you pay for, im rolling on 200k on the odo, and not a single problem to report. These things last forever, so a little more at the beginning goes a long ass way. notice how you still see suburbans 4 gens ago still cruisin around (fuel injected models at least)
@92ASC
@92ASC 10 жыл бұрын
fully loaded Tahoe's and Yukons could easily reach near $40k back in the 90's. Yeah $70k is too much and most people probably won't pay MSRP prices, but $55k+ is pretty standard for an SUV of this class these days

So many nitpickers in this comment section complaining over the dumbest things like taillights, headlamps, gear shifter , and electronics. People think for some reason that cars are built for their specific style and get pissed when it's not built the way THEY wanted it. Chevy doesn't give a shit if you think it's ugly. They make the vehicles not you. I'd like to see you guys make something better.

Tahoe; Yukon; Suburban; Expedition; Excursion; Escalade; maybe LX570, etc: These are all *full size* SUV's. X3; X5; X6; Q7; ML; GL; G; Cayenne; RR, etc: These are *mid size* SUV's. Do not compare *mid-size* to *full-size* - they each serve different markets, needs and abilities. Tahoe, Suburban or Expedition owners don't even consider any of these smaller, mid-size, homo-haulers. Hauling 8500 lbs down the highway in an Expedition - with 8 other passengers - is like driving an Amtrak train, while sitting in a lazy boy. It's nice and comfortable. Mid-sized SUV's are *not* interchangeable with full-sized SUV's. Remember that.

I wasn't talking about the interior trim. Either way, the new Escalade has grown on me, and a fully loaded Tahoe costs $71,000 and a base Escalade costs that much too. However, the only thing I really care about having in a car is a GPS system and backup camera, so I would rather have a base Escalade instead of a fully loaded Tahoe. Besides, the Escalade has more power and 4 years of free maintenance. The Escalade's interior looks better in comparison to the Tahoe's and Yukon Denali's interior, and I have come to like the exterior styling of the Escalade.
@Stressless2023
@Stressless2023 10 жыл бұрын
I wasn't talking about the interior trim either. Take a good look at the "exterior" trim on the new '15 Escalade, it's all satin nickel/brushed aluminum. There's virtually no chrome anywhere, which is why I corrected you.

wtf still using solid axles? expedition went to independent suspension more than a decade ago, wtf chevy!? dont bash me, i know its tried and tested, but i think chevy needs to try rear independent suspension. but im glad chevy listened to its customers, its got almost every luxurious feel, soft touch everywhere, power folding on all seats, nice interior materials.

Solid rear axles allow for improved towing capacity. Old design yes, but durable and built to last.
@modmatt3462
@modmatt3462 10 жыл бұрын
***** The Expedition with the independent rear actually has a higher tow capacity rating (9000lbs in 4x4) than the Tahoe with the solid axle. Also allows for a lot more usable 3rd row leg room. Good to see the Tahoe finally adopting the fold down rear seats however and love the Tahoe's new interior.

I love it how the vehicle that I grew up is getting the attention that it deserves. I also love it how the new Suburban has a better suspension system then the 2015 Silverado and Silverado HD. I also love the fact that GM has kept the shift knob on the steering wheel column for so long and i hope they never get rid of it. I want a 2015 Suburban or a 2015 Yukon XL in all black and no HD video player on the roof. In my opinion I think ford is a bunch of idiots for neglecting there V8 for a V6 in their new expedition cause ford isn't putting a V8 in the expedition any more that more of a reason not to waste my money on a expedition. And it's the reason why the new Suburban will always be better then the cheaply and shitty expedition. General Motors FTW!!!!

GM, it's way past time you leave the column shifter behind. Put led puddle lamps in the doors, license plate, tail lights & under the mirrors like most other vehicles. Move the 4way switch to the dash also.

Robert Drayton why tho? Even the s class I rented a few months back has a column shifter. I also rented a rolls royce wraith and even that had a column shifter. They were also all made of hard plastic. There’s no reason to remove it since it frees up space and is easier to use.

The only problem I have with SUVs of this nature is how expensive they are now. You could buy a GMC Acadia Denali (2WD) for the price of a Yukon SLE 2WD, or a Ford Explorer Limited 4WD for the same cost of a base model Expedition, not to mention all the other alternatives for $44,000 (Expedition) - almost $48,000 (Yukon). It's crazy!

+Maximiliano Luera I had a 08 Yukon Denali, loved it. I was looking forward to the new tech in the 2015 Yukon Denali, then the Yukons started to come out. I saw my first one outside of Costco, sticker, over $65K and it wasn't even a Denali. I was like WOA, WTF. I then saw the price of the Denali, over $75K. Thought about it and ended up with a 2016 escalade, because the interior of the Denali was too truck like for the price. Escalade, interior, leather, dash, screens, etc are on point.

General Motors makes the best vehicles on the road today in my opinion. That is a very beautiful, luxurious, nice big truck. I do hope that they continue to build new Tahoe's for as long as they carried out the suburban. I also hope they keep the full size SUV segment going, as many of the other vehicle manufacturer's are moving towards the more car based SUVs and crossovers, which I don't really like. Oh, and saabkyle04, keep making more great videos! 🚗

Not sure why - but Ford, Chevrolet and Chrysler - only make white, black and silver cars and trucks!!!!!!! You want any other color - order it with your 25% DOWN PAYMENT!!!!!!! I guess it cost a lot to change the paint sprayers!!!!!!!!!! Also - the 3rd row of seats is for children ONLY!!!!!!!! Mainly because aunt Bessy and Uncle Fred - cannot get into the 3rd row of seats!!!!! There is simply no easy way top get in or out the 3rd row of seats - unless you are 5 years old!!!!!!!!!!
