less $ than a chally gt awd & they haul more stuff! we love our journey. fine..it ain't as cool looking as a challenger, granted..lol. on wisc winter roads..ive driven many vehicles from different eras..60's through today, ie front drive, rear, 4x4 & awd, big, small, 4 cyl to 440 police engines.. & the awd dodge is tops. 3.6L is dang close to being as quick as the 440 in a full size C bod with hwy gears. amazing.

I know these v6 journeys aren't the most fuel efficient to begin with but has your fuel economy suffered aside from occasionally flooring it. Sounds great by the way been wanting to do mine but there aren't a lot of forums with information on any kind of performance mods. I guess mainly because it's a family vehicle lol.

My 2017 GT get 27 mpg on the freeway and 23 mpg mixed. It only gets 17 mpg when towing my boat at 70 plus mph in 5th gear manual mode.

The RFID system on the Journey flashes the lights when you touch the door handle (it unlocks it that way, if it's locked).

What type of exhaust pipe did you use? Think of upgrading our r/t

The exhaust shop, cut the mufflers out and welded stock size pipe in place. The tips I ordered from Bear River Converters.

@@WytChoclitJ Thanks for the reply, I did the muffler delete and had Borla resonated tips put on, it still had some drone so i added a extra resonator after the stock one, that helped.

The mufflers behind the rear axle was the only thing removed.

@@oldvodkayt I thought I was going to be swapping mufflers out when I went to the exhaust shop. He cut the stock mufflers out, told me to take it for a drive and we could go from there sound wise. I came back completely happy with the sound. A little piping and exhaust tips and I was done. Lol

Clayon24 You just missed me selling my wheels. I had a guy turn in front of me and the front end damage was enough to total it out. My wheels were 22x10 with 265/35 tires. I do have a couple better breathing go fast parts and a damn near brand new set of weather tech floor mats if you’re interested. Shoot me a text if you’re interested. 4705585448

Sorry, they were 22x9. Most websites will tell you rims that six will not fit. Best bet is to go to a rim shop. Most of them have books or some system that they can tell what will and will not fit with what size, width and offset. Once you figure out the size you want to go with you can order online or have them order you some. The 5x127 does limit what you will find, but there are still some good selections out there.

Osvaldo Cabrera cut everything except for your resonators. Basically anything past the catalytic converters are free game

DM 53 The wheels are XO Athens 22x9 with a +35 offset and 265/35 tires.

snake man mufflers have nothing to do with emissions. Strictly for muffling the sound/pitch of the sound. Cats are the only thing on your exhaust that mess with emissions.
