I have the Dodge Journey r/t and I'm iffy about doing this cause I hear both sides of back pressure and no back pressure some people say that it's fine his way as long as I get the same diameter of piping some says that I will loose back pressure and it would be bad for my engine. So do you have any suggestions which is right?

Chris Lamoine I removed my rear resonators and replaced my mid mufflers in a '13 V6 challenger. The sound was amazing for a 6 banger, but you DEFINITELY lose back pressure... Any Chrysler-made vehicle thrives on back pressure. If you are willing to give up sound for performance, then go for it!

There's a trick using spacers to cause it to read lower at the downstream O2 sensor

You can goo to any place where they instal flow masters, just ask them you wanna straight pipe your car. Where I went they charged me $100 or $150 I don't remember. And once they remove the two Resonators don't forget to take them with you!!! If you ever wanna go back to stock they just put them back on. Good Luck!!!
