2015 Ford Transit Conversion Van Navigation & Blind Spot Camera Upgrades!

We just picked up a 2017 t350 with nex 7400 (I think it is) stereo. Same conversion kit but for whatever reason the top tray doesnt click in. Looks like it hits the back of the radio. I havent tore into it, but is there a tilt or something for the stereo?
