This is exactly what I am looking for. Very well designed and fabricated, practical and strong with livable weight. absolutely faultless. My only consideration would be evaluate whether you may lighten the frame and feed chute by changing these to being aluminium (Aust). A gigantic well done mate! Best regards Bob
@TheJogdredge9 жыл бұрын
+Robert Manly I have thought about aluminum but the difference in weight for the frame and hopper would not be sufficient enough to really make it worthwhile, the frame itself is one of the lightest components once everything has been removed. The heaviest part would be the drum. One thing about aluminum is the sand and gravel doesn't slide across it as nice as it does steel and wouldn't last as long.Thanks for checking out my videos and I appreciate the nice words. Thanks again, Joel

Nice improvements there Sir. I like your new paint too, looks quite durable. Nice new sluice, I like the new height. Should work better over broken ground. Great idea having that sluice switchable. Great job. Rob

Holy cow I just came across your video. that is an absolutely awesome trommel. I've seen alot but yours is sweet. I'm getting ready to build one was looking for ideas for a 12 inch. and I think I'm just gonna copy yours. I snapped screenshots of the walk around. I am a machinist and welder. and laser cnc, break operator. everything manufacturer. anyway you need to get that thing marketed. it's better than the keene. what a great machine. good job. ide buy one from you but my wife would kill me. how much would one cost if I changed my mind?

Been watching your progress and that is one fine looking machine. Did you ever consider putting it on a larger trailer? I mean even a Harbor Freight Trailer that can hit jeep trails in AZ. I think the unit is a class act all the way around.
@TheJogdredge9 жыл бұрын
bobbydemar-goldstryker Thanks for taking the time and checking out my videos, I have considered building a trailer mounted one that would be run by hydraulics but just haven't had the time, I do hope to build one in the near future .Joel

well m very happy to see it but i dont think this can survive people .can it ? sir
@TheJogdredge9 жыл бұрын
+prakash shrestha It was built with people in mind, it's very simple to use and has very few moving parts. the parts that move are heavy duty to make them last. I have several of these machines working in the jungles of a foreign country by people who have never seen one before and who have never used motorized equipment with no issues in almost a year.
